House rules

• 1.Check-in & Check-out

  • Guests must follow the property’s designated check-in and check-out times.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• 2.Guest Registration

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and check-in.
  • Visitors may be permitted subject to the property’s visitor policy.

• 3.Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum during these hours and respect other guests’ comfort.

• 4.Parties & Gatherings

  • Loud parties are strictly prohibited.
  • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted anywhere within the premises.
  • Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited in dorm rooms and shared accommodation areas.
  • Guests may be asked to leave the property if their behaviour causes significant disturbance to others.

• 5.Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and dorm rooms.
  • Guests must use designated smoking areas, where available.
  • Any damage or additional cleaning required due to smoking inside a room may result in additional charges.

• 6.Damage & Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused to the property’s rooms, furnishings, equipment, or other facilities during their stay.
  • Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

• 7.Safety & Security

  • Guests must comply with all property safety and security procedures.
  • Tampering with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • The property is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless required by applicable law.

• 8.Respect for Other Guests & Staff

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the property.
  • Abusive, threatening, disruptive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.

• 9.Illegal Activities

  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances and any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.

• 10.Compliance

  • By staying at Eevolve or Soma House, guests agree to follow these house rules and any additional reasonable instructions issued by property management.
  • Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including asking guests to leave the property, in cases of serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
